Hay voting
Hay voting is a single-seat nondeterministic cardinal voting system designed by Peter de Blanc.[1]
Its characteristic feature is that if the voters use optimal strategy, then it's possible to infer their utility functions (how much utility they judge they will get if a candidate wins), up to an affine transformation. However, the method is nondeterministic and does not have very good Bayesian regret,[2] which leaves it somewhat lacking for practical use. In addition, it fails the independence of clones criterion.
